- Ensure the design products fulfil customer requirements & product quality standards - Define the design quality standards and ensure all projects meet the standards - Represent as customer to make the auditing on product development process - Support project leader to promote continuous improvement activities - Support project leader to establish & improve measurable objectives (KPI) - Participate and contribute in the Corrective Action/Preventive Actions including development problems, customer claims and internal failures - Facilitate project leader on quality design tools such as QFD, DFMEA, PPAP and ensure these tools are correctly deployed and meet customer requirements - Coordinator of new system approaches transferred from HQ to CSZ - Other activities assigned by manager

? Fluent English, both oral and written ? Good communication skill and team-work spirit ? Experienced in leading design quality activities ? Experienced in statistical and six sigma methods of quality control, Black belt is better ? Familiar with electronics products test requirements and standards ? Familiar with tools such as APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, DFM, etc.
