任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent
本科学历，工科专业或相关
2.Minimum 5 years related working experience, semiconductor assembly and test background will be preferred
至少5年以上相关工作经验，半导体封装测试背景优先
3.QA knowledge of FMEA, SPC, 8D control plans, reliability
熟练掌握QA技能包括FMEA,SPC,8D报告，可靠性分析
4.Familiar with quality system including ISO 9002/ TS16949
熟悉ISO9002/TS16949体系
5.Good communication skills, interpersonal skill, strong lead ship skill
团队领导能力，良好的沟通人际交往能力

工作职责：
1.Train, motivate and manage a team of subordinates to develop continuous improvement programs to attain highest level of quality
培训，激励及管理一个团队开展持续改善项目确保获得要求的质量水平
2.Track the performance of key items identified and analyze data, establish system to prevent failures and set corrective actions to prevent recurrence of such deficiencies
通过分析数据来追踪指定的关键项目的状态，建立系统以预防不良率，建立纠正措施体系及预防此类不良循环出现
3.Plan and ensure quality systems are implemented/ enforced
计划及确保质量系统严格执行
4.Liaise with customers and product group on quality concerns, programs and provide timely feedback for corrective action
协调客户及生产团队对于质量的顾虑，主导项目，提供及时的纠正措施的反馈
5.Work with other departments to resolve quality issues
与其他部门合作解决质量问题
6.Any other duties assigned by immediate superior
