Job Summary
Work with the other product development members to apply principles, theories and concepts to design electrical related system including ESR, test fixture,HMI, provide professional support to production line on machine debugging and trouble shooting, Implement VA/VE project to improve products quality, efficiency and reduce cost etc.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Customize design / duplicate test boxes or fixtures according to manufacturing requirement for all company L.O.B. products.
Execute trouble shooting for variable issues when meet and achieve satisfactory solution.
Manage related electrical project to achieve the objective in time & with best quality / cost.
Develop new products / application.
Qualify samples initially for PCBA&EE OTS localized / alternative components as need, Initial and polish Test Plan.
Support and assist application requests from field.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering.
Above 5 years’ experience in electrical field, automation design / test related experiences are preferred.
More than 3 years working experiences in related manufacturing fields-international companies are preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Familiar with PCBA design, cable design and Lab-view coding.
Preferred little experience with PLC's, HMI's, AC/DC drives & motors, low & medium power distribution, gauge measurement.
Basic command of oral and written English.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.

Able & willing to travel domestically and internationally.
Travel Required
Domestic (Max. 2 times/ Month) and International (Max. 1 time/Year)
