岗位职责：
. Project acquisition:
？ Support team to verify the opportunity from resource, timing and cost aspects.
？ Track the project status and follow up the activity;
2. Managing Project
？ Responsible for project budget, PR application for project related.
？ Responsible for project timing, preparation and tracking etc.
？ Responsible for resource coordination to ensure the correct project running.
？ Responsible for project report if required.
3. Closely cooperate with sales, marketing and technical team for market and customer information: lead project team for customer complaints, action plan, analysis etc.
4. Support presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc.
5. Support customer communication mainly for signed projects；
6. To introduce work scheme to new project employees.
任职要求：

1. Working in foreign company or in Joint Venture Company, or in OEM is a plus.
2. Profound knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology;
3. Basic understanding of vehicle technology;
4. Understanding of transmission and automotive market in China is preferred ;
5. Strong presentation and negotiation skill;
6. Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques
and methods;
7. Fluent English is a plus;
8. Can take pressures;
9. Leadership skills; can motivate, inspire and lead a team (in particular non-direct reports)
10. Structured, coordinated, organized working approach;
11. Capable of seeing the big picture; ability to focus on key issues;

特殊要求 Special Requirements
1. Testing business experience is a plus;
2. Able to travel, such as Tianjin.
