任职要求：
1.Basic safety knowledge, electrical & mechnical knowledge,Able to read CAD drawings
基本安全知识，电气和机械知识,能看懂CAD图纸
2.Rollforming skill will be necessary
必须有辊压调试经验
3.Familiar with Customer requirements;
熟悉不同产品的客户要求，包括但不仅限于技术尺寸要求、质量标准等；
4.Familiar with lean production；
熟悉精益生产方式;
5.High sense for accuracy and details/ Creative mind/Problem solving capabilities;
对精度和细节高度重视，创造力和解决问题能力；
6.High frequency welding or laser welding experience is preferred
高频焊接或激光焊接经验优先
