职位描述：
1. Be responsible for commodity strategy developing and implementing.
2. Supply base development and continue optimization.
3. Supplier performance monitor and improvement.
4. Ensure supply chain security, continue BOM cost reduction, supporting on supplier quality improvement.
5. Direct raw material price detection/benchmark to support RFQ.
6. Cost reduction opportunity identification, projection and implementation.
7. Support engineering and product management
8. Supply issue solving
9. Maintain and update supplier/AVL database, price and supplier information input in CSI system
10. Any other additional related functional responsibilities.

职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree, majoring in electronic or mechanical engineering.
2. Over 3 years working experience in material sourcing/purchasing/supply quality management/component engineering in electronic realm; cable harness assembly or connector manufacture industry is plus.
3. Understanding of basic business sense/knowledge/negotiation skill/quality sense. Finance sense is plus.
4. Good communication in Chinese, skillful English in reading and writing.
5. Good at Microsoft Office tool
6. Basic knowledge of ERP system and RFQ quoting practice.
7. Good personality(open, optimistic, patient, thoughtful) is preferred
