1. Implement the sales strategies and sales plan in semiconductor industry, assisting SEMI industry manager to achieve annual sales target. 执行公司的在半导体行业的销售策略和销售计划以达到年度销售目标; 2. Good understanding of customer’s application processes in order to derive sales opportunities and offer Whole System Solution to semiconductor industry customers. 理解半导体行业客户工艺,挖掘销售机会并提供系统整体解决方案; 3. Develop new customers and explore potential market through customer visits. Prepare periodic visit plan and high-quality visit report. 通过客户拜访开发新客户,开发新的市场机会;定期提交阶段性的拜访计划和高质量的拜访报告; 4. Maintain good relationship with customers, seek for new customer request. 维护良好的客户关系,并不断开发新的客户需求; 5. Be in charge of tracking status of quotation & Order to ensure good customer satisfaction. 跟进客户报价和订单处理,确保良好的客户满意度; 6. Follow up with the payment of customer order, supervise the customer credit. 跟踪客户订单付款情况,监督客户信用状况以确保公司利益; 7. Achieve sales activities according with company policy. 依照公司政策进行适当的销售活动;
Job Requirement: 职位要求:
1. B.S. or above in Engineering-Material, Mechanical, Chemical or related field. 材料、机械、化学或相关工程背景本科及以上学历
2. Above 3 years sales experience. Semiconductor industry background would be preferred; have basic knowledge about semi-industry and related standards. 三年以上销售工作经验,半导体行业背景优先;具备半导体行业基本知识及其标准要求
3. Prior project and/or commercial experience, good communication, negotiation and organizational skills, team player. 有相关项目或商务经验优先,优秀的沟通、谈判组织能力,具有团队合作精神。 4. Fluent in written English. Spoken would be preferred. 流利的英文读写能力,口语优秀者优先; 5. Ability to work under pressure with good psychology quality. Accept about 60%~70% business trip. 优秀的个人心理素质,能够承受一定的工作压力;能够接受60%~70%的出差; 6. Strictly follow the company policy and commercial principle. 履行工作职责过程中,严格遵守公司的各项制度及商业行为准则。
