Main Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and Control Supplier Performance (DPPM, SCAR, OTD, MI, etc.) 2. Drive Supplier Continuous Improvement through support and guidance. 3. Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for new suppliers and/or new products. 4. Oversee Development and *** Article Inspection (FAI) sample qualification processes. 5. Conduct Supplier Risk Analysis and Management. 6. Lead Material Review Board (MRB) processes to address non-conforming parts caused by suppliers, while ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented. 7. Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) records and documentation for process control. Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience: 1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher. 2. Familiarity with Regulations and Industry Standards for process control in electronic components and electrical equipment. 3. Proficient in Material Management for electronic and electrical categories, including electrical enclosures, sensors, relays, wire harnesses, and PCBA materials, or managing independent functional components such as pumps, valves, and potentiometers. 4. Utilize Quality Tools for problem analysis and risk identification. 5. Ability to Review Drawings and Specifications to guide suppliers on meeting requirements. 6. Strong Communication Skills (including proficiency in English—reading, writing, and speaking) and effective coaching abilities for suppliers. 7. Capable of Independently Analyzing and Implementing Key Control Points in supplier management. 8. Familiarity with ISO 13485 Standards.
