职责Tasks:
1. Participate in mold, tooling and equipment design of new projects
2. Lead the tooling trial,, acceptance, transfer and improvement, in charge of sample manufacture and delivery before max production
3. Process design/improvement/transfer, follow and guidance of production process
4. Ensure process launched smoothly and under controlled
5. Participate in new process technology development and evaluation
6. Other tasks assigned by superior
1. 参与新项目模具，工装，设备设计
2. 主导模具工装的试做，验收，转移及改善，量产前样品制作，发运
3. 工艺过程设计，改善，转移，监督及指导生产过程
4. 保障工艺过程中的安全实施，风险得到控制
5. 参与引入/评估新工艺技术
6. 上级安排的其他任务

要求Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical or engineering, 1 year experiences in industry or production, especially with in rubber molding
本科及以上学历，机械或材料工程专业，1年以上工业化，生产经验，橡胶行业为佳
2.Data management and analysis, software development, testing, and debugging
数据管理分析，软件开发、测试与调试
3.Good knowledge of ISO&TS and of project management
了解ISO&TS和项目管理
4.Teamwork and coordination skills, good English
团队合作，协调能力，英语流利
