Role Statement - Early involve in product development process to influence product design and improve product manufacturability, balance the product design and manufacturing technology to select right product structure and manufacturing technology 参与产品前期开发制程，通过产品制造过程评估以优化产品结构设计更加符合制造可行性要求 - Establish Bill of Process(BoP) and Bill of Equipment (BoE) standards for New and Existing long life cycle programs 负责对现有模具和新模具的寿命管控需要建立BOP和BOE - Maintain BoP and BoE documentation to convey standard 维护BOP和BOE文件并进行标准化转换 - Monitor continuous improvement opportunities in injection process that can become part of the standard on process parameter, mold press, advanced injection technology 监管成型制程的持续改善包括标准化成型制程参数，新的注塑机应用和先进成型技术应用 Key Responsibilities/Objectives 1. Will be expected to function in a simultaneous engineering environment to assist in developing new product that is optimized for manufacturability. 协助新产品的开发并协助开发的产品具备良好的可制造性 2. Provide the molding related processes as part of the overall manufacturing strategy for new product releases. 作为新产品认可过程中全局制造策略中关键部分进行模具生产相关制程的开发 3. Directly responsible for the successful transfer of the tool and process to our designated high volume manufacturing site for the project. 负责模具的成功转移并满足量产需求 4. The ability to make data-driven decisions based upon statistical analyses, designed experiments and capability studies. 需要根据在DOE，制程能力分析和统计分析的基础上进行数据分析 5. Conduct tool/process improvement and lead to improve the product quality and operating process efficiency. 主导模具及生产制程改善以提高产品质量和运营效率 6. Support molding suppliers to establish stable, capable process to meet product requirements, improve quality and reduce cost for new and existing products. 支持模具开发供应商建立稳定可持续的能力以满足产品需求 7. Optimize the molding process to improve the efficiency and quality with parameter adjustment, new method application 通过成型参数优化和新技术新方法的应用，完善优化模具生产制程以改善生产效率 8. Strengthen the mold management in all suppliers by visiting suppliers and participate the supplier audit in tooling capacity. 通过参与供应商管理及稽核加强供应商处的模具管理 9. Monitor suppliers in mold development and provide guideline to suppliers or quality in terms of mold validation if necessary 监管供应商的模具开发过程并在模具认证方面给供应商或者质量提供指导 10.
