1. Continuously follow up EDI and other updates of customer forecasts with clarification from customer. Measure forecast accuracy and communicate with customer for big forecast deviation, review SOP/EOP status with sales on monthly basis. 2. Track customer actual orders, identify and document the actual deviation from order level. 3. Follow up sales & delivery performs to meet / exceed the sales & delivery established target. 4. Supervise, coach and train order team members 5. Make sure 100% on time delivery based on scheduled delivery date and customer requirement. 6. The best utilize production capacity by leveling production and identifying bottleneck. 7. Coordinate with all value stream map members, including, SQE, Production, Sales and engineering, finance, quality purchase, logistic and warehouse to communicate changes resulting from material shortage, on hand orders, design changes, pending quality issues, machine broke down and all other production interruptions. 8. Escalate issues to higher level and bring in solutions when schedule is in jeopardy of being missed in order to get priority placed on issue. 9. Coordinate with production to set up overtime plan as per forecast and production plan, analyze completed job reports to closely monitor and report actual overtime status VS target level. 10. Maintain ERP data accuracy, lead MRP/production planning team and coordinate with production, engineering to update BoM on time, and make sure stock, production order data accuracy in ERP system. 11. Resolve discrepancy between materials demand plan and actual manufacturing needs. 12. Control raw material, semi-finished goods, WIP, finished goods inventory by MRP and analyzing sales forecast, stock on hand, safety stock level, material usage, scrap rate, manufacturing lead time, and cycle time. 13. Review materials availability status, find reason of slow moving stock, and take action to reduce slow movers, review overall slow mover status, define root cause and action to reduce slow mover on regular basis. 14. Organize and prepare data for monthly forecast meeting with sales, production, and finance to review current sales/inventory status and next 6 months’ forecast 15. As SAP key user of Chassis Shenyang planning, cooperate with other key users and ERP team to define system transactions based on business flow, assist in SAP implementing in Mubea and operating manual. 16. Non-invoice leadership to reduce overdue and optimize process 17. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
