Responsibilities岗位职责：
1. Follow up all NPI FAI process for new projects and complete NPI FAI report;
跟踪新产品导入NPI FAI流程，完成新产品的NPI FAI报告；
2. Follow up PPAP process and complete the PPAP files required by customer;
跟踪PPAP流程，完成客户要求的PPAP文件；
3. Review customer data, identify quality requirements, provide support for the process engineering and support quality control to define inspection criteria & method;
评审客户资料，确定产品质量要求，并为工艺和QC提供支持以确定检验标准和方法；
4. Leading the product risk management (FMEAs), assess/mitigate risks through the planned quality controls;
主导产品风险管理（FMEA），评估风险，并通过策划的质量管控措施来减轻风险；
5. Monitor and follow up the NPI sample build, 0-Series (PPAP) samples built and transfer the knowledge/lesson learned to QC for series production;
跟踪NPI新产品样品生产、小批量（PPAP）样品生产，在批量生产前将相关的知识、质量管控要点和经验教训交接给QC；
6. Coordinate customer quality visit/audit, follow up of the open items and promote customer satisfaction ;
协调、陪同客户质量拜访或客户审核，跟进问题点直至关闭，提高客户满意度；
7. Take charge of the customer quality feedback & complaint and create the corrective action report (8D);
负责处理客户质量反馈和投诉，并创建纠正措施报告（8D）；
8. Cross function with other internal departments and external sources for resolving quality issues;
协同其他部门和外部资源共同解决质量问题；
9. Follow up the corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective actions;

10. Create customer quality data analysis to trigger the CAPA process;

Requirements岗位要求：
1.Bachelor degree .
本科学历。(#硬性条件）
2.Above 3 years related experience in electronic manufacture industry;
3年以上电子制造行业相关工作经验；（#EMS行业PCBA）
3.Be familiar with NPI process and APQP/FMEA/SPC/PPAP;
熟悉新产品导入流程以及APQP/FMEA/SPC/PPAP；（#NPI导入经验）
4.Good problem solving and failure analysis skills;
良好的问题解决和故障分析能力；
5.English can be used as work language.
