1、实施并完成针对代理商或最终客户的现场服务支持,现场培训代理商或最终客户的服务等有关人员。(外勤部分) Implement job-site service support for distributors or end users, give job site training to service engineers of distributor or related personnel of end user。(out of office) 2、协调代理商与最终客户的服务关系;提供客户的日常技术支持(解答客户疑难问题)及零件销售支持;负责所辖区域信息反馈。处理有关客户索赔案件;零件销售支持(内勤部分). Coordinate relationship on service aspect between end users and customers; give daily technical support to customers; spare parts sale support; be responsible for related information feedback, parts sale support. (in office)
Qualification:
1、相关机械专业或机电一体化专业毕业(动力工程类专业优先):本科学历。 Bachelor degree major in mechanical or Mechatronics or relative (power engineering is preferred). 2、相关工作经验5年以上,或压缩机设计、服务两年以上。 At least 5 years of related work experience, or at least 2 years of work in compressor design/service.
3、熟练使用微软OFFICE 办工软件; 英文或日语良好。 Skillful use of MS office software; good command of English or Japanese.
4、32岁以下,身体健康。 Age below 32 ,good health.
5、同等条件下,有有效电工证优先。 Under same conditions, a valid operation certificate of electrician will get priority.
