岗位职责Key Responsibilities: 1)负责已建校园土建和装修方面的运行和维护管理工作，包括但不仅限于楼宇，道路，广场等基础设施; Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of civil engineering tasks and interior decoration projects, including but not limited to buildings, roads, plazas and other campus infrastructure; 2)负责已建楼宇和设施的改建、扩建和二次装修项目管理工作； Responsible for the management of reconstruction, expansion and secondary decoration projects of existing buildings and facilities; 3)负责校园运营过程中涉及土建，装饰等相关专业的方案评估和技术审核; Responsible for the scheme evaluation and technical review of civil engineering, decoration and other related disciplines in the process of campus operation; 4)对内与本部门的各专业工程师紧密协作与沟通；与学校各需求部门协调，制定相关工作的计划，协调并落实完成； Cooperate and communicate closely with engineers within the team; coordinate academic departments and professional services units across the University, formulate relevant work plans and implement them; 5)对外管理外部供应商，物业工程部门，以及其他相关部门的协调工作; Manage external suppliers, the engineering department of the property management company and other relevant units; 6)独立负责相关项目的质量，进度，安全和成本的控制，管理和验收； Independently responsible for quality, schedule, safety and cost control, management and final inspection for relevant projects; 7)土建和装修专业突发事件的应急处理与事故报告； Handle emergency and accident report of civil engineering and decoration emergencies; 8)制定， 整理， 保管相关的书面资料; Formulate, consolidate and manage relevant written materials and documents; 9)完成领导交办的其它工作。 Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
岗位要求 Qualifications： 1）土木工程、工民建、结构、装修等工程相关专业全日制本科或以上学历； A bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Structure, Decoration or other engineering related majors;
2）3-5年以上专业工作经验和扎实的专业知识，其中至少2年从事大型楼宇或建筑运行和维护的工作经验；能预见、发现、解决各类土建和装修工程中的问题；具有实际动手和解决问题的能力； 3-5 years of working experiences and solid professional knowledge, among which at least 2 years of working experiences in operation and maintenance of large buildings or facilities; Able to foresee, identify and solve problems in various civil engineering and decoration projects; Have practical and problem-solving skills; 3）熟悉土建和装修施工工艺。熟悉运行、维护等相关技术规范、验收标准；能独立负责现场运行和维护管理； Familiar with civil engineering and decoration construction techniques. Familiar with relevant technical specifications and acceptance standards for operation and maintenance. Able to independently take charge of on-site operation and maintenance management; 4）熟悉常用工程材料及其性能；熟悉当前的各种建筑施工和装修主流工艺流程； Familiar with common engineering materials and properties; Familiar with the process flow of current mainstream in building construction and decoration; 5）具备高效沟通能力、应变能力及承担工作压力； Efficient communication skills, adaptability and be able to work under pressure; 6）良好的书面写作和表达，文档组织和管理能力；熟练使用CAD等工程及Office办公软件; Good writing skills, document organization and management skills; Familiar with CAD and other engineering and office software; 7）有大学、设计院、外企工作经验者优先考虑。 Working experiences in higher education institution, architect institute and foreign enterprise is preferred.
