DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work with cross-functional teams as well as Global EE teams in BISSELL China (BCN), US (BHI), Singapore (BSG) and Malaysia (BMA) to create PCBA development project schedule and follow up the execution. 2. Drive the PCBA Technical Partners (TP) and Manufacturing Partners (MP) for deliverables on a regular basis. 3. Ensure the completeness and format compliance of BISSELL electronics related design documents, including PCBA, Battery Pack, UI devices and Motors. 4. Manage design files from internal and external sources and archive per workflow requirements. 5. Coordinate with internal product development and testing teams for on time, on cost, on quality delivery of PCBA designs. 6. Process creation and optimization and take ownership for process alignment and deployment. 7. Proven experiences in designing electronics for multi-terminal electronics in order to work with hardware engineers and product engineers to work on system integration. 8. Good knowledge on MCU, AC/DC, BMS and selection of motors for cleaning or power tool products. 9. Have hands-on experiences on prescribing software requirements and with sufficient software knowledges to work with SW developers 10. Take leadership in PCBA maintenances, and value engineers. 11. Other assignment based on business need. POSITION REQUIREMENTS 1. Bachelor degree or above in electric/electronics engineering with least 3 year electronic design experience 2. Has sloid, proven experience in leading PCBA development project from concept to manufacturing. 3. Fundamental and working knowledge of engineering project management. The experience in electronics project management is a huge plus. -Understand the key deliverables and milestones for each phase. 4. Excellent communication skill to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across multiple functional teams, both inside and outside. Be able to convey the idea and drive the resolution of each and all issues with prioritization. 5. Be able to identify the critical path of each project and monitor the progress constantly. Be able to create mitigation and contingency plans. 6. Present to a large group with diversified background to bring everyone on the same page about project (PCBA development) status. 7. Be willing to take on challenges confidently and effectively. 8. Actively participate in the project management process development. Be able to create and/or fine tune processes that are optimized for the current working environment with the mindset of future-ready. 9. Good communication and written in English. PREFERRED 1. Good knowledge in project management, particularly in risk assessment and mitigation, engineering build planning. 2. Experiences in driving PCBA change management, including alternate design, cost engineering 3. Have experiences in bringing innovation into product in the area of sensors, battery pack, lighting, and UI 4. Good understanding on the Quality methodology particularly in Development Quality – such as DFMEA, CTQ flow down, DoE, 8D. Preferred having DFSS track records. 5. Familiar with Electronic Systems design, Troubleshooting, Testing Design, Reliability and accelerated testing.
