Job Responsibilities: 1. As the window of client’s projects, transfer client’s requirements into internal and implement. Report to operation manager if projects delayed or project difficult to complete. 2. Strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, plan and implement the work arrangement of the department. 3. Establish and improve department process operation, responsible for the assessment and training of department staff. 4. Supervised the status of all projects and supported the work of subordinates. 5. Customer connection and information transferring. 6. Participate in the preliminary review of the project. 7. Led project startup, manage project process, edit and manage project files. 8. Timely delivery of PPAP samples and samples required by clients. 9. Timely completion of project content as planned. 10. Delivery of process samples. 11. Collecting and tracking of issues during the project. 12. Transfer tooling into SOP. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of project management experience, automotive industry experience. 2. Tooling design or mechanical related major. 3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, strong communication skills. 4. Serious and responsible, strong sense of responsibility.
