岗位职责：
1.Develop solutions for tasks through the use of gear design and 3D software to achieve project goals, including but not limited to automotive powertrain and test benches;
通过使用齿轮设计软件和3D 为任务制定设计解决方案，以实现项目目标，包括但不限于汽车传动系统和测试试验台等；
2.Develop manufacturing drawings considering functional targets and manufacturing requirements;
根据功能目标和制造要求制定制造图纸；
3.Perform the supporting calculations for the design and standard products selection;
为设计和标准品选型进行配套计算；
4.Define material specifications and requirements;
确定材料的规格和要求;
5.Define the product design specification and bill of material.;
定义产品设计规范和材料清单;
6.Tolerance stackup, packaging analysis and cost estimation;
公差累积计算、包洛分析和成本估算;
7.Review the result from CAE and develop suitable solutions together with CAE engineer to improve different systems;
评审CAE结果，并与CAE工程师一起开发合适的解决方案，以改进不同的系统;
8.Discuss and analyze technical problems and possible solutions with customers and/or suppliers;
与客户和/或供应商讨论和分析技术问题和可能的解决方案;
9.Support all sales activities technically;
为所有销售活动提供技术支持；
10.Responsible to contribute of technical competence within Company through mutual teaching, technical support, and research activities；
负责通过相互教学、技术支持和研究活动在公司内部贡献技术能力；
11.Contribute to internal research projects and develop ideas for research topic；
参与内部研究项目，并为研究课题提出意见;
12.Other tasks that assigned by superior.

任职资格：
1.Finished bachelor or master degree in a faculty of vehicle technology or mechanics at a university;
本科或硕士学历，车辆技术、机械专业优先;
2.Use gear design software
熟练使用齿轮设计软件
3.More than 2 years working experience in automotive industry and gear train development;
2年以上汽车行业和齿轮传动开发工作经验;
4.Good team playing skills with open mind and confidence to have open discussion;
良好的团队协作能力，乐观开朗，善于进行公开讨论;
5.Good in oral and written English.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
