Responsibilities: 61 Installing new processes inclusive work instructions and in consultation with the HSE team 61 Defining the process parameter, process adjustments based on material test results 61 Analysis in case of any machine fault and communication with machine suppliers 61 Development of process optimizations 61 Build up strong know how in production technology 61 Support of line setup of for the GFRP series processes and machinery 61 Supporting installation of the supply chain of the operative and auxiliary materials 61 Training for new workers on the shop floor 61 Documentation according to project requirements and participation in project and development meetings internally and externally 61 Documentation of the PT production
Requirement: 61 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or similar 61 Over 3 years experience in automotive or composite production 61 Good PC skills in CAD, NX 61 Experience in automation and programming 61 Have a good technical understanding in product and process development 61 Working experience with distributed international teams would be a plus
PS: This position will provide the inhouse job training in Attendorn, Germany for 3 months
