Responsibilities: 1. Oversee an entire supply and purchasing function for the assigned business unit; 2. Develop effective supply chain strategy and drive for cost savings to meet the group’s business growth; 3. Drive and lead the purchasing team to comply to the company purchasing policies; 4. Work closely with PMC and project team to meet customer delivery requests; 5. Monitor suppliers’ performance and evaluate the reliability of the suppliers, products quality, on-time delivery and technology; 6. Lead the team to achieve targets results in respect of project engineering, sourcing, supplier selection and certification, procurement and supplier performance management; 7.Implement Vendor Managed Inventory.
Requirements: 1. Degree holder in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or Engineering or related discipline; 2. Minimum 10 years or above solid purchasing experience working in sizeable EMS or multinational manufacturing companies (with 5 years senior managerial is definitely a MUST); 3. Knowledgeable in component and product with proven record in handling electronics OEM/ODM projects; 4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills; 5. Result-oriented with strong leadership, good analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure; 6. Good command of spoken English and Putonghua;
