ASSEMBLY Supervisor Planning and Budgeting - Propose and recommend manufacturing workshop strategy; implement workshop budget and plan; monitor the achievement of the budget; in order to achieve workshop annual manufacturing goals. People Management & Development - Allocate and balance work across subordinates; review and provide timely performance feedback to subordinates; mentor, develop and motivate subordinates; - provide technical training and support to sub-workshop employees; monitor and implement the company discipline policy; resolve people/functional issues in the workshop in order to improve effectiveness and achieve targeted department performance. Production Process Management - Implement manufacturing department quality target and monitor the workshop quality status ; gather the manufacturing potential quality risk and provide to quality department; involve quality issue's analysis and improvement, implement the related action plan; supervise and monitor production process against production plan; monitor emergency solving process in order to ensure smooth production and meet productivity and quality targets. EHS Management - Implement and monitor EHS policies in workshop in order to ensure compliance with company regulation; gather and report the potential risk to EHS function in order to ensure manufacturing safety also improve future company EHS。 Cost Management - Review and approve workshop's inventory count plan in order to find out the variance against the standards; review workshop's production order(PO) and then pass to Finance for further analysis in order to balance all resources for production Continue Improvement - Work with cross function team to develop proper working process to improve manufacturing working condition and ensure propore support; fully support Lean implemetation and response for on line excution in order to ensure continue improvement of manufacturing management.
