Defining and driving strategy set-up & implementation of data-driven operations (E2E connected operations, real-time data, visibility, analytics, agility, and physical/system automation) Partnering with the business stakeholders to identify opportunities which will result in better business impacts and values via digital transformation Driving the digital manufacturing project implementation in Operations, being responsible for preliminary planning & analysis, management of project progress, process definition and/or optimization, training materials preparation and conducting the training to relevant organization/teams/employees Take leader for maintaining/upgrading digital systems(SAP, MES, PLM, Cussomma etc tools.) in terms of master data flow, configuration, regular training of key users, secondary development, and other necessaries after project closure Ensuring technology scouting and developments with internal IT and 3rd parties. Building networks with other teams and external stakeholders to learn about new developments, leveraging opportunities, and sharing best practices Being responsible for coaching stakeholders through digital transformation, guiding and educating the specific team & employees on how to adapt, operate in the digital environment, and build up the competence to extract value from provided digital solutions. Ensuring compliance and governance and responsible usage Following the global/local footprint of digital transformation with a global/local with focus on Operation relate activities. Participating in varied projects from both local and global Requirements: Education / 教育背景 Bachelor's degree or above, major in software engineering, information systems, information science, information management, or a related quantitative field or equivalent work experience is required Experience /经验 3-5 years of digital project experience, digital smart factory or smart engineering project is preferred Other skills /其他技能 Be familiar with any of C++, C#, Python, SQL, Java, .NET, HTML5, or similar, and at least be able to code with one of these languages. Deep understanding of system servers, networks, and database Deep understanding of digitalization, big data & data analysis, and other aspects of the manufacturing industry Be familiar with manufacturing industry-related systems & applications, including PLM, MES, ERP, SAP, SCADA, AR/VR, digital twin, and other software architecture
