岗位职责
1. 在生产过程中开发和实施质量控制管理体系，包括部门内体系文件编写；
2. 负责监督和保持公司质量体系的正常运行情况；
3. 协助管理者代表组织实施公司内部审核和外部审核；
4. 负责公司产品从原材料到成品全过程的质量检验，质量控制和计量管理等工作；
5. 组织团队对质量事故进行分析并制定纠正和预防措施，并完成跟踪验证，包括提交各类质量事故处理文件；
6. 负责组织有关部门对不合格品的评审和处置工作；
7. 协助研发部门完成新产品的检测及测试工作；
8. 参与供应商审核；
9. 对团队成员进行培训，包括产品，工艺及质量工具；
10. 负责部门团队建设和管理工作，建立、完善，部门的各项工作制度和流程。
Quality Supervisor-Job Responsibility
1. Develop and implement the quality control management system in the production process, including writing system documents.
2. Supervise and maintain the smooth running of quality control management system.
3. Organize and implement internal audit and external audit.
4. Responsible for quality inspection, quality control, and measurement management from purchasing material to finish goods.
5. Analyze the quality accidents, formulate corrective and protective measurement, track the follow-up verification, including submit quality accident handling reports.
6. Organize relevant department to review and dispose unacceptance products.
7. Assist R&D department to complete new product’s inspection and testing.
8. Participate in Supplier’s audit
9. Train team member, not limited to products, processes and quality tools.
10. Responsible for team’s management, establishing and improving process of department


任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，质量或机械相关专业；
2. 5-7年相关工作经验，2-3年管理经验；
3. 有制造业质量体系管理经验者优先；
4. 英语口语可简单沟通；
5. 具有良好的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力，积极主动，富有创新精神及主动学习和解决问题的能力。
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above in quality or mechanical major.
2. 5-7 years relative experiences, at least 2 years management experiences.
3. Experience in manufacturing quality management system is preferred.
4. Good English communication skill.
5. Good team work spirit, communication and cooperation ability, creative spirit, initiative learning and problem-solving ability.
