Main activities: Product data management manager Ensure product data is defined in properly way so that product can be produced to expectation - Establish global set up on parametric/template /format on Windchill and Creo/AutoCAD - Establish drawing specification for drafting such as dimensioning, Geometric tolerance, symbol - Establish standard template for Engineering master data in Infor system Ensure product data effective by maintaining product data management system - Build 3D/2D drawings for main product families and standard parts library globally - Monitor/follow up Engineering master data in ERP to comply with engineering data specification of global DESMI in effectively way - Monitor the input/output of documents in Windchill - Maintain/optimize global file servers for Windchill coordinating IT - Maintain the access of roles and responsibilities both in PDM and ERP - Monitor the latest version drawings created in folder of GetDrawing that are distributed through DESMINet Ensure Engineering Change Process is managed effectively - Manage the workflow of PR/ECR/ECN in Windchill - Establish standard template/workflow of distribution on ECN Preliminary/Released notification globally and ECN tracking sheet - Monitor/Follow up the ECN status and tracking list by coordinating with cross functional department Problem solving activities by proposing methodology, idea and concept on Windchill/Creo/Master data in Infor system, like Case/issue tracking list on Windchill/Creo/AutoCAD and integration. Establish continuous improvement plan on process, tool and knowledge of product data management. Support activities to cross functional departments Product data management Planner/Organizer Lead efforts of PDM system applying/ maintenance by working with cross functional teams under global environment Plan legacy data drawings to be released into PDM in 3D/2D drawings Plan and supervise team work to meet department/company needs Identify and define the working list for drawing conversion from various kind of format to CREO(Pro/E) Organize the CCB meeting to follow up the ECN status and identify/review the impacts and risks Plan the Overloaded BOM structure to support the 2D/3D drawing solution to QPM system Controller of PDM team Performance Monitor KPI status for PDM team Establish the ability to work efficiently and achieve task timeline. Facilitator of Product data management Operational Excellence Establish a training program of master data on Creo drafting /Windchill application/ERP to maintain the capability of drafting/item creation Assist in daily problem-solving activities by proposing methodology, idea and concept Assist in decision making for product data in high complexity and/or importance level Facilitate communication with cross function team in areas that language or communication skills are highly requested Position Main Requirement: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field Intermediate PC knowledge including Windows applications (Word/Excel/Access/Project) and good command of CAD software (PROE/AutoCAD). Good English communication skill. At least 8 years’ experience in global companies Knowledge in PDM system such as Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter or Smartteam 10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Database and operating systems experience with ERP such as Oracle and SAP. Demonstrated experience in personnel management. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
