Job Purpose 61 Provide reliability service to internal and external customers 61 Lab setup, equipment maintenance and related specifications. 61 Support day to day lab operations.
Duties and Responsibilities 61 Responsible for day to day reliability operations. Maintain lab equipment to achieve optimum utilization and effectiveness. 61 Ensure lab operations meeting quality system requirement, and conformance to EHS/ESD requirements. 61 Prepare reliability report to related parties both internal and external. 61 Introduce and maintain reliability equipment and reliability system (ONRMS,CBMS,SPTS…). 61 Develop new reliability test methodologies and capabilities, research on accelerated reliability tests. 61 Drive FMDR (Failure Mode Driven Reliability) implementation. 61 Perform Reliability failures verification, Work with FA engineer and product engineer for carrying out analysis on reliability failure(s). 61 Manage calibrations and training and lab improvement actives 61 Performs review of incoming work requests 61 Prepares project plans, tasks list and priorities for Lab operations
Qualifications 61 Education: B.S. degree preferably in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering. 61 Experience: 3 years experiences in reliability lab is a plus. Semiconductor assembly/test processes is a plus. 61 Skills: a) MS Office computer skill b) good at English written and reading and speaking and listening. c) Basic statistic concept and excel worksheet operation.
