岗位职责 Job Responsibilities: 1. 完成客户订单、交货及相关事宜 Liaise with customers on orders, deliveries and associated matters. 2. 处理订单完成开票 Process / control orders from initiation to invoice 3. 根据订单确认交期 Responsible for the deliver dates as per order acknowledgement. 4. 创建和更新客户记录 Create and update the customer records. 5. 协调沟通客户订单、投诉或逾期等事宜 Co-ordinate with sales managers informing the developments, orders, complaints, received from customers and overdue. 6. 负责各部门订单相关事宜的沟通及联系 Liaise with departments related with orders
