Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the design of recruitment brochures and other publicity materials related to marketing field. 2. Assist in brand promotion and construction through product design. 3. Support student/prospects engagement through operation of marketing platforms covering Chinese social media (e.g. Weixin), official website and offline events. 4. Assist to generate campaigns to raise domestic brand awareness for XJTLU among target audience and key influencers. 5. Create and edit content to support online and offline promotion. 6. Prepare and work with outreach suppliers and video producers to create visual and video contents to support marketing campaigns. 7. Responsible for the delivery of marketing and communications plans, in collaboration with colleagues across the departments and other centers of the university. 8. Assist team with measurement and evaluation of marketing and communications activities and associated reporting. 9. Participate in recruitment & admission work. Sometimes business trips are required. 10. Perform other relevant responsibilities as required.
Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree in graphic design, visual communication design or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Well-rounded skillsets with proven track records of successful operations of social media platform and related work experience is preferred. 3. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills both in Chinese & in English. 4. A good teamwork player in cross-functional and matrix organization. 5. Sound understanding of data analysis principles, experience with marketing analytics tool is a plus. 6. Able to work occasionally on evenings/weekends for special events or project deadlines.
