Core Responsibilities:
1、Operation of oligonucleotide synthesizers and downstream processing equipment.
2、Lab works on the oligonucleotide manufacture processes, including but not limited to synthesis, deprotection, purification, desalting and freeze-drying.
3、Work with supervisors on process optimization and scale-up of novel oligonucleotide platforms.
4、Follow all safety guidelines and requirements. Conduct laboratory work in a safe and efficient manner.
5、Follow standard operating procedures, good laboratory practice, and maintain accurate and complete lab documentation in accordance with company/department policies.
6、Data collection and summary to present to internal team.

3、Basic knowledge on the principles of analytical instruments, such as UV-vis, LC-MS, pH meter, conductivity meters, HPLC, etc.
4、Demonstrated basic communication abilities in English, such as reading and writing.
5、Lab experience and/or industrial experience is a plus, in particularly in oligonucleotide, nucleic acid chemistry, and/or bioconjugations.
6、Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional/multi-disciplinary team.
