Manage multiple projects, working with team members throughout API to support global customer needs. Projects can be NPI, product transfer etc. Responsibilities include: 1.Develop project Plan based on communication with customers and internal alignments with stakeholders. 2.Organize kickoff meetings with cross function team and clarify detail product and process specifications, complete project check list and documentation. 3.Manage execution of the project, on time, within scope, within budget. 4.Manage capital needs and cost, monitor capital requests with input from cross function team. 5.Provide timely reporting of project execution, identify, escalate, and resolve issues in execution level with cross function teams. 6.In charge of new product information collection: -Cost, annual quantity, peak volume, annual revenue, CMR(if needed) etc. 7.Take the responsibility of new prototype’s delivery, work with planning team to follow project plan. 8.Lead new product launch in the APQP and PPAP process. 9.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience: 1.BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of educational and experience 2.Above Four years manufacturing experience 3.Knowledgeable in production processes and manufacturing, preferably in heat exchanger manufacturing 4.Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing required. 5.Industrial or automotive heat transfer background 6.Communicate in oral and written English 7.Able to use PC software like Office, Microsoft Project & CAD systems, AutoCAD or Solid-works
