工作职责；
1. Lead cross function team for process issue solving also support customer complaint investigation and problem solving.
2. Process documents initiation& documents allignment maintenance such as Control Plan/PFMEA/WIs;
3. Working close with internal manufacturing engineers,SQE,R&D,MP,PM,etc, for continual improvement activities to overall enhance process quality ;
4. Monitor new project issue include process and design,work as team member to support for sucessful on time project developing and launch.
5. To drive and meet a serial of KPIs, such as process PPM,scrap rate,customer complaint , etc.
6. Drive customer audit and push team to improve the finding item
7. Manage IPQC/FQC to improve internal quality performance;
1.领导跨职能团队解决流程问题，并支持客户投诉调查和问题解决。
2.过程文件启动和文件一致性维护，如控制计划/PMEA/WI；
3.与内部制造工程师、SQE、研发、MP、PM等密切合作，开展持续改进活动，全面提高工艺质量；
4.监督新项目的问题，包括流程和设计，作为团队成员支持项目的成功按时开发和启动。
5.推动并满足一系列KPI，如流程PPM、报废率、客户投诉等。
6.推动客户审核并推动团队改进发现的项目
7.管理IPQC/FQC，以提高内部质量绩效；

任职资格：
1. Bachelors degree or better in Electrical engineering
2. Good spoken and written English skills;
3. 5 years work experience in industry, have standard Quality Tools 8D, 5why, Fast Response, Control Plan and PFMEA.It is best to have experience in assembly.
4. Good team working attitude and skills as well as self motivate and independent worker.
5. Familar with IPC-610 standard and automotive quality system such as IATF16949,VDA6.3,CQI-17,BIQS,etc
6. Be positive,proactive,initiative and deligent.
1. 电气工程学士或以上学历
2. 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
3. 5年行业工作经验，具备标准质量工具8D、5why、快速响应、控制计划和PFMEA，有组装类经验***。
4. 具有良好的团队合作态度和技能，具有自我激励和独立工作能力。
5. 熟悉IPC-610标准和IATF16949、VDA6.3、CQI-17、BIQS等汽车质量体系
6. 积极、主动、主动、乐于助人。
