1. Ensure good quality and on-time delivery of assigned projects through implementation of APQP and PPAP process by involving gateway review and necessary resources like purchasing ,engineering , plant quality ,etc.
2. Qualifying new suppliers through corporate audit
3. Through supplier process audit, ensure suppliers correctly implement their process control according to approved process design and implement their Quality Management System correctly.
4. Follow up implementation of continuous improvement measures at assigned suppliers.
5. Monitoring assigned supplier performance by Q-statistics and handling quality recovery actions for escalated and focus suppliers.
任职资格 (教育水平,专业, 经验, 知识, 技能技巧及个人素质等):
1. Education: University Degree with major technical degree, preferably mechanical engineering
2. Working experience: At least 5 years Supplier Quality Experience from the Construction machine industry or similar.
3. Good experience in using APQP and PPAP process
4. Good knowledge and understanding in quality tools like SPC,8D,5why,etc.
5. Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF16949 is an asset.
6. Fluent English in both speaking and writing
7. Assertive personality, is able and willing to require compliance with Wacker Neuson's requirements on all levels of the supplier's Organization
8. Available for business travel (domestic and international) as required by the job
