RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support CEO with coordination and management of day-to-day projects tasks.
2. Coordinate projects’ conference arrangements, participating and taking minutes.
3. Support CEO in all communications with external projects’ partners such as written communications, reports, speeches and presentations.
4. Be the point of contact for internal and external communication to track projects’ whole progress such as tracking agreement terms, experimental reports, financial details, legal matters, etc.
5. Perform 'ad hoc' tasks as required.
工作职责
1. 支持上级，协调、管理日常项目事务。
2. 协调项目会议安排，参加会议并做好会议记录。
3．支持上级与外部项目合作伙伴的所有沟通，如书面沟通，报告演讲和演示文稿。
4．成为内外部沟通的联络点，全面跟踪项目进度，如协议条款、实验报告、财务细节、法律事务等。
5. 执行上级交代的其他临时事务。



REQUIREMENTS
1. BS degree or above. Majored in biology, medicine or related majors is preferred.
2. 5 years of relevant work experience in project management of bio-pharmaceutical industry. Oversea (official language includes English) background is preferred.
3. Strong analytical, communication, presentation and organizing skills.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing is necessary, be able to communicate with native English speakers without barriers.
5. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

薪资面议，the salary depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
