RESPONSIBILITY
? Execute procurement strategy aligned with organization’s goals, maintain working relationships with suppliers to ensure steady supply of parts.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess their needs, provide procurement guidance, and resolve any issues to ensure consistent supply and on time delivery.
? Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, finance, operation material and quality team to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
? Support customized order to ensure on time delivery with competitive cost.
? Identify supplier cost reduction opportunities through benchmark/bidding etc. activities.
? Drive project execution through PDP process by collaborating cross functional team align the goals and deliverables to achieve expected results with a sense of urgency.
? Develop, initiate, and lead implementation of assigned cost improvement projects.
? Demonstrate high personal integrity in conducting business with external/internal parties. Ensure compliance to the laws, business guidelines and code of conduct, company ethical standards.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering,.
机械类专业本科以上学历
- 2+ years of sourcing working experience in machinery/Mechanical industry, familiar with sheet metal, casting, electrical components, heat exchanger, valve etc.
2年以上机械行业采购工作经验，熟悉钣金铸造，电气元件，换热器，阀门等
- In-depth business acumen knowledge and possesses good knowledge of procurement, supply management, and/or supply chain management.
有较深的商业敏锐度，具备良好的采购，供应商管理和供应链管理相关知识
- Skilled in data analysis, good written/reading in English.
较好的数据分析能力和英语读写能力
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a good team player.
具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神
- Good problem-solving skill and ability to introduce win-win solutions.
