1. 根据计划需求，合理安排生产。并制定有效利用材料、设备、制造工艺和人力的计划，以满足客户质量标准和最低成本的产品产量According to the production plan demand, arrange the production reasonably. And make effective of materials, equipment, process and manpower plan to meet customer quality standards and the lowest cost of product output.
2. 对净化室日常的生产活动和人员进行管理。Supervise the daily production activities and personnel in the clean room.
3. 采取措施防止过程失控，通过过程监控确保产品符合规定的要求。Take actions to prevent process going out of control, ensure the product meets the specified requirements by use of in-process monitoring.
4. 对净化室进行规划，并有效进行6S管理。以达到合理利用净化室，高效的6S，满足生产需求。Plan and design the clean room and effective 6S management. In order to achieve the higher efficiency use of clean room, perfect 6S, to meet the production demand.
5. 规划并逐步优化净化室管理和净化室生产管理所需要的文件，以达到持续改善的目的。Create and gradually optimize the documents which for the clean room management and production management, so as to achieve the goal of continuous improvement.
6. 编写净化室生产产品所需要的作业指导书。Edit the work instruction which for products run in the clean room.
7. 进行日常的生产统计记录、分析，从而找出问题、优化生产。即持续改善：质量问题、物料问题、人员效率。Carry out daily production statistics record and analysis, so as to find out problems and optimize production. That is, continuous improvement: quality problems, material problems, personnel efficiency.
8. 主持净化室日常生产会议，审查生产活动 （生产计划、质量、物料、人员、效率、流程、6S）Organize daily production meeting to review production activities (production plan, quality, material, manpower, efficiency, procedure, 6S).
9. 制定培训计划和教材，并对净化室员工（包含技术人员和物料员、作业员等）进行培训，满足生产需求。Make training plan and create materials, and train the staff who in clean room (include technicians, material handlers, operators, etc.) to meet the production demand.
10. 与其它部门协调沟通、合作，保证生产的顺利进行。Communicate and cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth production.

Qualifications/任职条件(List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
1. 大专以上学历College degree above.
2. 在医疗相关塑料产品的注塑行业，至少8年以上注塑成型技术和生产管理经验At least 8 years’ experience of molding technology and production management in plastic medical molding industry.
3. 熟悉ISO13485体系和净化室管理Familiar with ISO13485 system and clean room management.
4. 精通注塑工艺及分析能力Excellent molding process analysis ability.
5. 较强的问题解决能力和疑难杂证排除Strong problem solving skill and troubleshooting skill.
6. 能承受压力。具有强烈的责任心，工作积极性和充沛的工作激情和职业道德Be able to bear pressure, accountable, highly motivated & energetic with a strong work ethic.
7. 良好的人员协调和计划协调能力Good ability of personnel coordination and plan coordination.
