I. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY: Responsible for all Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) business in assigned territory. II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES: Define the strategy and action plan for Key Accounts, and follow up the implementation of this plan in order to meet the target. Develop new accounts in assigned territory. Take the ownership to drive the progress for all the opportunities and projects under his direct management and ensure the success. Coordinate with individual departments to make sure customer satisfaction in terms of engineering, quality, delivery and service. Collect market information as well as competitor trends and report timely. Work closely with marketing for workshop arrangement, new products promotion and exhibition arrangements. Prepare weekly reports, monthly forecasting, yearly budget. AR collection. Other tasked assigned by immediate supervisor. Report to National Sales Manager on weekly basis. III. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES: As necessary, performs other related functions of which the above are representative. IV. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: A four-year college degree in marketing or business and a strong understanding of sales and marketing, Significant related experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree. A minimum of four-year experience in sales function or similar position. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Negotiation skill is a MUST and preferred with experience in value added solution sales (high quality & higher price). Must have a high degree of integrity, ethics, reliability, motivation, organization, energy and enthusiasm. Must have a moderate level of technical aptitude in order to effectively communicate with customers and Accuride engineering on product and application requirements. Must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Preferred be proficient in English both written and verbal. Others: Mobility (must be able to travel) TOOLS/EQUIPMENT/MATERIAL USED on the Job: Laptop Computer, Wireless card and Mobile phone. DIRECTION EXERCISED: EFFORT REQUIRED: Unusual scheduling and working early and late hours are often required. Week-end travel and work are also some times required.
