岗位职责 :
1、负责阀门在供方生产过程中的过程检验和最终出货检验 / Responsible for valves in process inspection and final inspection at supplier factory;
2、负责对供方阀门的MTR 和产品材料进行验证 / Responsible for checking valve MTR and valve material validation at supplier factory;/
3、负责阀门零件在供方的过程检验以及最终出货检验 / Responsible for valve components in process inspection and final inspection before delivery;
4、负责按照图纸，材料规范，检验程序和规范执行检验工作 / Responsible for implementing inspection work according to WV drawings, material specifications, inspection procedures and specifications;
5、按照检验程序要求填写检验记录和质量系统里输入检验数据，处理不合格品以及放行合格产品 / Fill in inspection records and input inspected data into quality system , handle nonconforming products and release qualified product according to WV inspection procedures;
6、及时和主管以及团队成员沟通和汇报在检验过程中发现的质量问题, 和供应商进行质量问题沟通以及检验事项沟通 / Communicate and report quality issues identified during inspection with supervisor and related WV team members, communicate with suppliers on quality issues and inspection issues;
7、对检验过程中发现的不合格品开具NCR，并跟踪问题的整改进度，验证问题的整改效果 , 关闭NCR / Issue NCR for non-conforming products during inspection, follow up the problem improvement progress, validate the improvement effectiveness, close NCR accordingly.
8、服从主管的检验工作安排，以及根据工作需要服从主管人员安排的其他非检验工作 / Obey the inspection work arrangement and other non-inspection work arranged by the supervisor according to the needs of the work.
9、服从其他主管人员合理的工作安排
Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational or functional supervisor(s).
任职要求:
1、College or above in Mechanical or related/大专及以上学历
2、At least 5 years inspection experience in valve company/在阀门行业至少5年的检验工作经验；
3、Familiar with measuring instruments for various machined parts /熟悉使用各种金属加工零件的测量器具 ;
4、Familiar with Office software, and CAD software is plus/ 熟悉使用Office软件，会CAD者优先；
5、Strong EHS awareness/有很强的安全意识
6、Familiar with NDE test(UT/PT/MT) is plus/ 熟悉无损检测（UT/PT/MT）的人员优先；
7、Basic communication English skill in read/基本的英文阅读能立
8、Able to travel when job needed/ 能够根据工作需要出差；
9、Root cause analysis skills / 具有分析问题的能力
10、Good communication skill and high sense of responsibility / 擅长沟通和具有高度的责任感
11、Strong handling ability and logical thinking, be good at find out problem and problem solving/ 较强的处理能力和逻辑思维, 善于发现问题并解决问题;
12、Able to work under pressure/ 能够在压力下工作
