Requirements:
1. Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience required, 5+ yrs experience in automative industry is preferred;
2. Familiar with mechinical prts manufacture processes,especially tooling knowledge of plastics and metal parts, strong background and experience in prossess analytical and technical skills required.
3. Experience with quality tools including but not limited to PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,and 8D.
4. Experience knowledge on IATF16949,VDA 6.3 auditor is plus.
5. Good command of English, and Proficiency in computer skills.
6. Must be results-oriented and have a bias for action
7. Good communication, eam management and able to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
1.Team leader of SQE team
2.Supplier Quality management, including
- Potential supplier audit and phase in,
- Annual audit,
- Quality issue handling,corrective Actions Verification
- Supplier performance monitoring and development
3.Raw material PPAP
4.Full support for supplier qualification and successful volume ramp up
5.Facilitate oversea material quality issue handling, which material are supplied by Chinese supplier
6.Any other tasks assigned by quality manager
