Responsibilities岗位职责:
1.Design the processing of the EMS products, and improve EMS production yield and quality;
设计EMS产品的加工工艺，提高EMS生产良率和质量；
2.Production Fixture development and improvement;
生产治具的开发与改进；
3.Report to Production Supervisor on the defects in materials;
向生产主管报告材料缺陷情况；
4.Edit, analyze and update EMS process and equipment work instructions;
编辑、分析、更新EMS工艺及设备作业指导书；
5.Training production operators;
培训生产操作人员；

Requirements岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree; CET-4;
本科学历；(#CET-4且书面熟练)
2.More than 3 years of relevant experience;
3年以上相关经验；(#波峰焊工艺、分板工艺、水洗工艺、涂敷工艺等）
3.Good computer skills as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
良好的计算机技能，如Word、Excel、PPT；
4.Be familiar with the EMS process.
熟悉EMS工艺流程。(#PCBA行业经验）
