Principle Accountabilities岗位职责描述:
1. Edit quality documents such as CP, failure catalogue, inspection W.I.
编写控制计划、缺陷目录、检验作业指导书等质量文件.
2. Training for the related operators and inspectors about the quality knowledge and detailed W.I., make sure they understand the inspector requirements and no suspected parts escape.
对生产作业和检验人员进行相关质量培训，以保证其理解产品及零件的检验要求, 确保无不良品咯流出。
3. Handle with routine quality issues, including identify and isolate daily non-conformity products, inventory control, rework control, inspection control, and train related operators and inspectors.
处理生产的每日质量异常，包括识别和隔离不良品，在库品的遏制，不良品返工及检验。
4. Product must meet the requirements of process and quality standard, when finding the issues, must quick response to have the solution.
产品需符合工艺和质量标准，当出现质量异常时，须及时做出必要补救措施；
5. Organize Layer process audit regularly and analyze and follow up with related findings and lead daily continuous improvement.
组织生产线的例行分层审核，识别改进点并主导现场的持续改善。
6. Coordinate QRQC issue solving and archiving.
协调QRQC的问题处理并维护改善报告。
7. Prepare and participate to external audits (certification bodies, customer, HQ)
内外部审核的准备与跟踪
8. Plan and implementation of Product Audit and Requalification, turn to NOK handling process when failure found.
策划和执行产品审核和型式试验，发行不符合项时及时启动不合格管理流程。
9. Ensure 5S of the working environment and quality tools.
保持工作环境及量器具的5S；
10. Other tasks assigned by superior.
跟进和处理主管安排的其他任务。

Qualifications 岗位要求：
1. 5 years or more in in process quality control of automotive industry, especially in mechanical product is preferred.
五年或以上汽车零部件的过程质量控制经验，机械类产品优先考虑。
2. Be familiar with the quality 5 tools.
熟练运用质量管理的五大核心工具。
3. Strong knowledge of general assembly processes and methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
熟悉常见装配工艺和各种质量控制方法标准。
4. Good office software / IT skills
熟练使用各种办公软件。
5. Cross-functional communication and coordination capability and teamwork spirit.
跨部门和协调能力, 团队协作者。
