The system engineer has design responsibility to ensure that product programs achieve all design objectives required to meet customer and business needs, including: feature and functionality, quality, reliability, serviceability, manufacture-ability, regulatory, compliance and cost. The system engineer must understand and capture the user needs into system requirements and is responsible for the architectural decomposition and allocation to subsystems. You are responsible for Review and cooperation of the DXR Product Roadmap, provide the technical input for DXR performance Product Roadmap. Participation on the development of process improvements and quality management system, guidelines and templates. Leading cross function teams access/evaluate the product technical scope/effort. Dependent on the design scope, technical decisions have to agree with the development, team or program manager. The guidance of the design engineer in design control/concept area. You have a direct reporting line to the Manager of DXR system engineering with Cross-functional team as your key stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience In return, we offer you All applicants are required to have the following: Familiar with DXR theory. Skilled in DXR system design. Familiar with systems engineering processes, in particular top down design using system requirements. Familiar with ISO, IEC standard, Medical Device Directive, and other international medical device requirements and standards. Familiar with risk management techniques. (i.e. Risk Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), etc.) Must have excellent both Mandarin and English communication & negotiation skills (spoken, written, and presentation). Although not essential, it would be desirable if applicants have the following: 5+ years of system engineering on medical equipment and development for complex, multi-disciplined product development or Master degree with 3-years system/electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or closely related discipline. Medical device system or hardware design experience.
