1 Responsible for the collection and analysis of customer technical requirements for both products and services towards potential target opportunities as assigned. 2 Responsible to prepare reports and presentations to internal and external contacts related to the interpretation of customer technical requirements and the company’s competitive technical advantages as assigned. 3 Responsible for relationship management of technical aspect for assigned customers in order to win new business. 4 Responsible to lead all technical coordination with relevant colleagues including; PMO, Quality, Design, Mfg, through the definition of sub-project goals to ensure product specifications and project milestones are successfully achieved until SOP handover. 5 Act as customer window to collect technical feedback and monitor quality claims handling to ensure continuous after-sales customer support satisfaction. 6 Lead prototype activities and packaging proposal optimization according to international standards, including coordination with sub-suppliers as required. 7 Responsible to identify opportunities for product upgrades and innovations for continuous improvement driven value propositions. 8 Responsible to lead VAVE opportunities to improve feasibility after serial production. Professional Skills:Undergraduate and above, major in engineering or similar. Strong business acumen with at least 2 years in project management and customer relationship management. Automotive industry experience is preferred.
