RESPONSIBILITIES 职责:
61 Be responsible for SZ MRO and SZ Facility.
负责采购苏州工厂MRO及工厂设施等。
61 Purchases process according to full approved PR, IPP meeting the requirement accordingly.
采购流程根据完全批准的PR，IPP相应地满足要求。
61 Tracking all Pos, contracts and prepare all related documents in time.
跟踪所有订单、合同并及时准备所有相关文件。
61 Maintains the system data in correct and prompt.
保持系统数据的正确和及时。
61 Quotation review and cost control.
报价审查和成本控制。
61 Collect the related data and potential supplier information.
收集相关数据和潜在供应商信息。
61 Continually improvement for Job quality and GUPS, Fit office as per the company requirement.
根据公司要求不断提高工作质量和GUPS。
61 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations laws and meet EHS requirements.
贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》
61 Responsible for legal compliance to suppliers and ensure supply chain and operation.
负责对材料供应商的守法规范和贸易安全考核、评估与管理，以及进行动态管控，确保公司供应链安全及进出***动正常安全展开。

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格:
61 Bachelor or above.
本科以上学历。
61 2 years purchase working experience and related category experience is preferred.
2年以上采购工作经验，有相关品类采购经验优先。
61 Good English both on read and write. Good computer skills and SAP system.
良好的英语读写及计算机与SAP 系统能力。
61 Good working attitude in initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good profession ethic.
良好的工作态度及强烈的责任心
