Requirement: ? Good communication on spoken and written English. ? Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Electric-automation, or Electro-Mechanism. ? At least 5 years' work experience on fundamental electronics circuit hardware design for handheld instrument, appliance, communication device or industrial controller. ? Familiar with discrete components, operational amplifier, and popular micro controllers. ? Strong design experience with circuit which include ASIC’s , discrete device and micro controllers for signal acquisition, analysis and control purpose on cost and efficiency manner. ? Capable to design small signal analog and RF circuit will be plus. Experience of design power management circuit with DC-DC , Li-ion battery charging and motor controls. ? Capable skill to use Altium Designer for circuit design, and other office software on daily base. ? Creative thinking through design process, strong analytical skills and troubleshooting experience with Design of Experiments (DOE). ? Comprehensive understanding and experience of tolerance stack up, and electronics manufacturing process variation. ? Familiar with Electronics test procedure and compliance requirement. ? Good team player to deliver design, lead project, coordinate resources and drive progress. Responsibility: ? Lead project and communication progress with project team. Patriciate and establish goal and requirements of design. ? Drive project progress with SBD Milestone process. Generate new ideas, build up circuit design with concepts, and work on prototype to evaluate feasibility. Interface and cooperate with firmware engineer on development, provides support on debug. ? Drive platforming of products design to reduce complexity in both manufacturing and final assembly. ? Prove design feasibility with test and analysis. Lead DFMEA analysis and design review with internal and external resources to address functional and safety concerns. ? Review manufacturing and assembly process of electronics parts at supplier or internal. ? Set up plan and drive critical process fixtures and equipment development. Manage sample builds and qualification testing to resolve both performance and manufacturing issues per commitment.
