Key Account Manager Automotive(SI) 大客户经理 粉末冶金事业部
产品是粉末冶金传动系统零部件为主,熟悉本土新能源企业(乘用车)市场优先

Requirements:
· University degree Mechanical Engineering or Material Science related major(大学学位机械工程或材料科学相关专业)
· Knowledge about industrial engineering and Marketing & price building(具备工业工程和市场营销及产品定价知识体系)
· Knowledge about legal liability, Economic knowledge(具备法律责任和经济学相关知识)
· 4+ Years Sales experience in Automotive industry, multinational Company experience and Sinter industry experience is preferred (4年以上汽车零部件行业销售经验,跨国公司或粉末冶金行业经验优先 )
· Have good experience in market development and strong abilities in market expansion.(具有良好的市场开开拓经验和较强的市场拓展能力)
· Possess strong market sensitivity, familiar with the new energy market (especially local new energy enterprises), and have extensive social resources will be given priority consideration. (具备较强的市场敏感性,熟悉新能源汽车市场,尤其是本土新能源企业/乘用车,拥有广泛的社会资源者将优先考虑)
· Strong ability to withstand pressure and sense of responsibility. Possess quick response, planning and coordination, as well as adaptability.(较强的抗压能力,责任心。具备快速响应,计划和协调以及应变能力)

Responsibilities (职责概要):
1. Identify and evaluate potential customers, products, and competitors. Keep close relationship with Customers (识别并评估潜在客户、产品和竞争对手,和客户关系密切联系)
2. Collect and analyze market data from multiple sources. (从多个来源收集和分析市场数据。)
3. Prepare and regularly update customer and competitor profiles. (准备并定期更新客户和竞争对手的档案。)
4. Determine communication strategies and create customer presentations. (确定沟通策略并创建客户演示。)
5. Present and promote target products/solutions to customers. (向客户展示和推广目标产品/解决方案。)
6. Acquire new customers and manage customer inquiries. (获取新客户并管理客户询问。)
7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and allocate as needed. (监控并响应客户询问,并根据需要进行分配。)
8. Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts and prices in line with company goals. (准备报价单并根据公司目标协商合同和价格。)
9. Develop logistic chain solutions and align resources with production units. (开发物流链解决方案并与生产单位协调资源。)
10. Conduct ongoing sales monitoring and coordinate with order fulfillment. (进行持续的销售监控并协调订单履行。)
11. Prepare and analyze data to inform business decisions. (准备和分析数据以支持业务决策。)
12. Support in the development of market and product strategies. (支持市场和产品策略的发展。)
13. Assist in internal, supplier, and customer audits. (协助内部、供应商和客户审计。)
14. Conduct economic feasibility studies and support cost optimization efforts. (进行经济可行性研究并支持成本优化工作。)
15. Handle shipping, invoicing, and monitoring of prototypes and parts. (处理样件和零件的运输、发票开具和监控。)
16. Other jobs assigned by Supervisor.
