*本科及以上学历，服装或者经贸日语专业
Garment/Japanese/Economy and Trade related professional university education.

*日语口语流利，且具备服装专业知识的日语
Proficient in Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing，familiar with terms used by the clothing industry.

*5年以上梭织品类领域，户外产品经验优先
Typically, more than 5 years working on relevant sportswear/outdoor garments, ski jacket, woven jacket experience if preferred.

*具备独立业务跟单能力，有相关日本市场的户外产品经验者优先
Able to track the order independently, have experience of Japanese orders（outdoor garments） if preferred.

*具备较强的服装专业知识储备，熟悉服装制作工艺
Technical of workmanship in garment area.

*具备较强的沟通能力和产品理解能力.
Good open communication and knowledgeable about the product.

*协助设计师制作产品资料，及尺寸表.
Support designer for product data and measurement chart.
*独立量开发样衣的尺寸，具备对比设计图稿判断产品是否达到设计师的要求效果的能力
Sample measurement independently and have the ability to judge that whether the product meets the designer's required effect.

*安排成衣真模试衣，并结合设计师的意见给出每轮样衣的意见，并更新对应的产品资料
Proto fitting and comments given independently, product data renewed.

*成衣开发阶段，可能潜在的风险进行预判和测试
During tailoring development，forecasting and testing potential risk.

*具备较强的承压能力和团队合作精神
Be able to work under pressure and strong team spirit.
