1. Formulate and implement sales strategies based on the overall corporate strategy combined with the European market, and support overseas business; 2. Support the reception of overseas customers and project negotiations, collect project bidding information (customer budget, competitor information, customer decision-making process), and complete business negotiations; 3. Assist sales to follow up the whole bidding process of the project (including the determination of bidding scheme, cooperation in business work, communication and negotiation with customers and partners, and handling of bidding affairs); 4. Assist project managers to hold kick-off meetings and complete project data hand-over; 5. Countersign project budgets, and assist project managers in supervising the teams to implement accordingly; 6. Participate in periodic project Milestone meetings (Kick-off, 1st design review, assembly start, PAT...) 7. Track project process and solve customer disputes/key problems; 8. Handle quotations/business negotiations in the process of project change; 9. During equipment delivery and commissioning, actively maintain customer relations and promote acceptance; 12. Upon completion, follow up on project payment collection, visit customers regularly, ensure the timeliness of after-sales service, and conduct customer satisfaction survey. Position Requirement: 1. At least 3 years project experiences in non-standard automation industry, experience in international projects is preferred, technical background is preferred. 2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English, able to directly communicate with foreign staff; 3. Excellent pressure resistance, good communication and coordination skills, able to handle relationships with customers in a complex environment; 4. Keen market observation and analysis ability.
