工作内容: 1. Responsible for mid-term and long-term global performance securing: ensure long term delivery sustainability by rate readiness assessment and risk or crisis analysis 2. Responsible for program reporting to customer (Provide all necessary information to recover customer confidence on program management control) 3. Establish production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders 4. Manage local site level production program meeting and coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing program 5. Coordinate the implementation of design changes, define embodiment rank 6. Drives problem solving and program improvement activities (run time and lead time reduction) together with program representatives of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality department 7. Manage the industrial scheme activities and drumbeat the cost through driven make and buy 8. Advise management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors 9. Support new product introduce 10. Manage the transfer activities monthly (transfer only between make and buy) 11. Control product group inventories level to reach company objectives 12. Develop Power BI or automatic report to improve PPM report process 13. Build up BOM management process 14. Processes improvement, for example NRC process, return part etc. 15. Other activity assigned by department manager 任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree on Mechanical or Commercial business major 2. >= 5 years’ experience in similar position (automotive, aerospace industrial are prefer) 3. Fluent in both spoken and written English 4. Proficient with MS Office, ERP system and MS Project software. 5. Relevant experiences in project management and product technical management 6. Leadership and ability accompany cross functional teams 7. Engineering background 8. Knowledge in production management 9. Knowledge of lean sigma methodology and tools 10.Rigor, excellent organization, results driven 11.
