1.Support claim handling & NQC projects with deep involvement of service partners. 2. Feedback on site problems in a timely and accurate manner to support the improvement of the product design and quality to the next level. 3. Support field for problem solving, including raw material procurement and return, coordinate with service stations to provide resources and solutions. 4. Responsible for the summary of service reports from service stations. 5. Collect customer feedback,analyze and provide improvement proposal. 6. Apply for the service orders and improve the database. - Bachelor degree or above, major in thermal energy and power engineering/HVAC - English working skill - Good communication
