职位描述
Main responsibilities:
1. To be member of testing sales team to develop for Moog business opportunities within Moog’s China Region.

2. Mainly focus on Automotive Test market to implement and execute business plan for this market.

3. Develop and maintain key relationships at OEM Design centers, Tier1 and Tier 2 Suppliers, Testing Labs and other potential customers for new opportunities in the a testing Market.

4. Handle tender/bidding and prepare proposal based on company pricing policy.

5. Prepare and maintain Account Plans, Sales activities plans, Business Forecasts, and business travel to meet and execute according to business needs.

6. Provide all relevant marketing and technical support to Moog Test business development and project management support activities for existing and planned business in the China Region.

Qualifications:
Education/degree
1. University degree or above, majoring in or Industrial automation, mechanical or hydraulic.
本科及以上学历,工业自动化、机械或液压专业
2. Major in Automotive Engineering would be a plus.
汽车工程专业优先
Work experience
1. At least 2 years relevant working experience in Automotive, Industry Automation or Hydraulic market.
至少两年汽车、工业自动化或液压市场相关工作经验
2. Experience in or automotive industry or testing system is a plus.
有汽车行业或测试系统经验者优先
Other skills, experiences or highly desirable qualifications
1. Dedication and self-motivation is a must. Proven sales track record and someone who consistently meets sales goals.

2. Knowledgeable in discussing technical requirements, intercept customer’s requirements and build strong working relationship with customer to design & offer flexible solutions. (Chinese & English).

3. Advanced verbal comprehension, technical writing & reading skills. (Chinese & English).

4. Good presentation and communication skill is highly desirable.
有良好的演讲能力和沟通技巧
5. Strategic selling skills (like Miller Heiman) are desirable.
