1. Preparation and submission of technical tenders in line with customer requirements, ensuring that tenders meet Sulzer commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the Delegation of Authority

2. Obtain the quotes from sub-vendors for Mechanical Seal / Motors / Instruments and all other equipment / services.

3. Work closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations to provide cost effective, competitive solutions in line with Sulzer financial objectives.

4. Provide support to the front end sales team.

5. Work closely with the Sales teams to optimize tenders, and to support maximization conversion of tenders to orders.

6. Overall responsibility for sustaining the profit margin on tenders.

7. Follow up outstanding tenders with customers/sales agents in accordance with agreed Company requirements, and in conjunction with Sales teams.

8. Preparation of Lost Bid Analysis for issued tenders.

9. Work together with Order Processing/Operations to ensure smooth and efficient handover of tenders/orders.

10. All other duties as relevant to the Tendering function.

职位要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
本科及以上学历，流体机械及相关专业。
2. At least 5 years technical support or design engineer experience is preferred.
5年以上相关行业经验，有技术支持或设计工程师工作经验为佳。
3. Good knowledge of pump and process, good knowledge of sub vendor product.
熟悉泵行业产品和应用了解分包商产品。
4. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
英文听说读写熟练。
5. Good communication & negotiation skill, teamwork spirit.
良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神。
