岗位职责: Work objective: Based on the company and business unit strategy, develop marketing SPBP, be responsible for interlocking with overseas subsidiaries, lead market insights and competitor analysis in major markets, develop product marketing strategies and plans, and manage product marketing lifecycle to implement marketing strategies for market products. 1. Market insight and competitor analysis: Collaborate with product teams to understand the market, product, and audience, determine segmented markets and target audiences; Collaborate with sales teams to understand and collect market conditions and competitor trends; Participate in user research, focus on understanding and analyzing major markets and competitors, complete competitive analysis reports, and use them to develop differentiated marketing plans; 2. Product marketing strategy: define the main selling points and key information conveyed to the target market for category level and key products; Establish user profiles based on their personality, behavior, and willingness; Collaborate with subsidiaries to discuss and develop overall marketing strategies, including but not limited to: target consumer analysis, KSP, MESSAGING HOUSE, channel strategy recommendations, etc; 3. Product Marketing Plan: Discuss and collaborate with overseas subsidiary level sales teams to finalize marketing plans, participate in the design of key product marketing materials, collect and release product marketing packages; 4. Product marketing lifecycle management: feedback tracking of marketing plans, monitoring of competitor marketing activities, monitoring feedback from old product markets, and comparing with benchmarks to develop strategies for old products to support BP goals; 5. Brand Asset Management: Assist the digital marketing team in managing and collecting brand and product related trademarks and awards based on company and BU strategies, and apply them to other marketing activities to further enhance brand awareness. 任职要求: 1. Full time unified enrollment with a bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions, fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (cross-border team communication) 2. Priority will be given to those who have experience in the consumer goods industry/product marketing/global market promotion/successful new product launch marketing projects; 3. Possess planning and output skills related to product marketing, communication and collaboration skills with multinational teams, and marketing copy planning skills.
